An asana practice that explores the poses through clear and intelligent alignment, building strength and ultimately creating a thorough understanding of each pose. Some pranayama and meditation may be included.

Build on the necessary body stability acquired in Alignment 1 classes to take on more challenging asanas and sequences.

Yoga Sculpt

Taught in Cantonese, it is a dynamic workout that combines yoga poses with strength training exercises, such as squats, lunges, and light weightlifting. It’s designed to build muscle, boost endurance, and enhance flexibility, while still focusing on mindfulness and breath control.

Great for beginners, Yoga Sculpt offers a balanced mix of intensity and relaxation, making it a fun way to improve both physical and mental fitness

Join a Class
Barre

A low-impact workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. It focuses on building strength, flexibility, and balance through a series of small, controlled movements. Using a barre for support, exercises target specific muscle groups, especially in the core, legs, and arms to helps you develop a strong, lean physique.

Suitable for beginner students with or without Barre experience, it is is accessible to all fitness levels.

Aerial Dance

This specialised class combines athleticism and creative expression with the use of a hammock. It provides a full body work out in the air! Students experience the grace and beauty of the art form, while having fun and building strength! Students will be able to perform a dance piece in the 4-week class series.

Suitable for students with some aerial experience looking to have an invigorating practice.

Aerial Yoga & Aerial Tricks

This specialised class combines traditional asanas with the use of a hammock. The hammock reduces the effects of gravity and stress in the joints and spine; it also helps to build upper body and core strength and provides a medium for deep relaxation.

Suitable for students with some yoga experience looking to have an invigorating practice.
