
Taught in Cantonese, this class is a slow, meditative asana practice that explores each pose through clear and intelligent guidance. With longer holds and mindful alignment, students are invited to gently release muscular effort and access the deeper connective tissues, cultivating awareness, patience, and a deeper understanding of each posture. Some pranayama and meditation may be included.
Suitable for beginner students with or without yoga experience who are looking for a calm, inward-focused practice that supports both physical release and mental clarity.
