Taught in Cantonese, this is an asana practice that explores the poses through clear and intelligent alignment, building strength and ultimately creating a thorough understanding of each pose. Some pranayama and meditation may be included.

Suitable for beginner students with or without yoga experience looking to have an invigorating physical and mental practice.
