Barre with Daisy

Taught in Cantonese, this is a low-impact workout that combines elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. It focuses on building strength, flexibility, and balance through a series of small, controlled movements. Using a barre for support, exercises target specific muscle groups, especially in the core, legs, and arms. The class provides a great way to improve posture, tone muscles, and increase endurance while offering a fun and energizing experience, helps you develop a strong, lean physique.

Suitable for beginner students with or without Barre experience, it is is accessible to all fitness levels.
